Break Open the Word - A / 2008

This book is designed for those who proclaim the Scriptures at Sunday Mass. The readings are given in two translations: the Jerusalem and the NRSV for a comparison. For each reading and the psalm, there is a commentary which gives a little background to the text and assists the reader to proclaim the text well.

It contains nine pages for readers' preparation, six pages giving an overview of the Lectionary and a four-page pronunciation guide.
